红烧鸡爪

  顺序回忆如下:一点油,半颗葱,一点姜,四个八角,酱油,一斤鸡爪,一小盆水,大半勺盐,多煮一会儿,味精,糖。

  最后做的稍有点咸,可能是酱油倒多了点。

  口感还不错。

  可惜没有相机拍下来。红烧翅根的做法相同。第一次做,下次不放那么多酱油了。
